Thermaflo® RP is a recycled synthetic heat transfer fluid based on diaryl alkyl chemistry, engineered for demanding liquid-phase thermal management in closed-loop, non-pressurized systems. This fluid stands out for its unique degradation characteristics—when thermal breakdown occurs, it produces lighter molecular compounds rather than heavy residues, virtually eliminating the sludge accumulation that plagues many conventional thermal fluids. Combined with an exceptionally high flash point of 188°C (370°F), Thermaflo® RP offers both operational reliability and enhanced safety margins for high-temperature industrial processes.
