Description
Thermaflo® SH is a reclaimed synthetic heat transfer fluid composed of dibenzyl toluene isomers, engineered for demanding liquid-phase thermal management in closed-loop, non-pressurized systems. This aromatic-based fluid delivers outstanding performance across a wide operating envelope from -5°C to 350°C (-23°F to 662°F), with intermittent film temperature capability to 380°C (716°F). The dibenzyl toluene chemistry provides inherent thermal resilience—the planar aromatic ring structure with conjugated double bonds creates molecular stability that resists breakdown at sustained high temperatures. As a direct-compatible makeup fluid for existing dibenzyl toluene systems, Thermaflo® SH offers a cost-effective solution for maintaining or expanding thermal fluid inventory.
