Polyclean Max LV

PolyClean Max LV is an industrial-grade aromatic solvent engineered to remove asphalt, tar, tack oil and heavy hydrocarbon residues from storage tanks, coils, nozzles and internal distribution lines. Its low-viscosity profile penetrates hardened layers of bitumen and pitch that conventional cleaners cannot reach, and its low evaporation rate keeps it working through the full soak rather than flashing off early.

PolyClean Max LV is a dedicated industrial solvent. It is not intended for use as a general-purpose surface cleaner, and should be used within industrial maintenance protocols where chemical exposure is properly managed and the product is fully contained during cleaning.

• Deep Penetration: Low-viscosity aromatic formula reaches hardened tack oil and pitch layers that conventional cleaners leave behind.

• Extended Dwell Time: Low evaporation keeps the solvent active through the full soak instead of flashing off prematurely, so one application does the work of several.
• High Flash Point: 325 °F closed cup, a stable alternative to diesel and volatile low-flash solvents in industrial maintenance environments.
• Zero BTEX: Contains no naphthalene, benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene or xylene.
• Distillation Recovery: Used solvent returns to CHEM Group for distillation, with 90% of the parent material recovered and returned to service. It never becomes your waste stream.
