Polyclean Max LV is an industrial-grade, high-performance solvent engineered for the rapid removal of asphalt, tar, and heavy hydrocarbon residues. Rated for extreme cleaning tasks, it is ideal for applications where heavy buildup must be dissolved quickly to keep equipment in service. Its low-viscosity (LV) profile allows it to penetrate hardened layers of tack oil and pitch that traditional cleaners are slower to reach.
- Rapid Penetration: Low-viscosity formula reaches hardened tack oil and pitch layers faster than conventional cleaners.
- Extended Dwell Time: Low-evaporation profile stays active longer, dissolving tough bitumen and pitch instead of flashing off prematurely.
- High Flash Point: Provides a stable alternative to volatile fuels for use in industrial maintenance environments.
- Distillation Recovery: Used solvent is returned to CHEM Group for distillation and returned to service, lowering both cost and waste.
